Why is your data collected and handled?
Your data is retained by the Ayurveda Center to complete the formalization of your registration in its professional training or to complete the purchase of products and services provided by the Center, and for the issuance of certificates and will not be used for any other purpose. If necessary, your data may also be used to fulfill legal obligations or legitimate interests of the Ayurveda Centre, in addition to issuing the training contract.
And when it comes to the data of minors?
The handling of personal data of children under 16 years of age, in which cases consent is required, will only be considered legal when consent is given by parents or guardians.
Will your data be shared?
Centro de Ayurveda does not share your personal data without your prior consent and does not plan to do so. The Ayurveda Center will only share your personal data with DGERT, using the state-owned SIGO platform, to guarantee the issuance of professional training certificates. How long will your personal data be kept?
Centro de Ayurveda will keep your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.
How will your data be protected?
Your data will be stored securely and access will be restricted to authorized personnel only.
What actions can you take on the data you provided?
At any time, you may contact Centro de Ayurveda, sending an email to info@centrodeayurveda.com, requesting access to your personal data, in addition to its correction, limitation or deletion or any other associated matter. You may also, when your data has been collected under your consent, communicate the revocation of that consent, which will not compromise the legal handling based on your previous consent. Centro de Ayurveda may not comply with your request for exclusion, when handling it is still necessary for the respective purpose or to comply with legal obligations or to exercise your rights, in which cases the holder of the respective data will be informed of the reasons why your request was not fulfilled. You can also file a complaint with the CNPD (National Data Protection Commission) if you feel that your rights have been violated.
