Mobilisations and Musculoskeletal Manipulations

Osteopathy is a manual therapy with a holistic view of the human body, with benefits recognized by the World Health Organization, and aims to restore balance to the structures and systems of our anatomy, with consequences on the various tissues of the human body (joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, viscera, nervous, vascular and lymphatic tissue).

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Through mobilization and manipulation techniques of joints, muscles and other anatomical structures, as well as massage techniques, the aim is to restore general balance and mobility to the body in areas that are blocked and suffer from stiffness.
It’s a non-invasive therapy that acts not only in the case of various diseases but also in the preventive phase. Its holistic vision of the organism, in which everything is connected and related, makes the therapist’s attention focus not only on the problem but mainly on its causes.
