Ayurveda Technician Online Course

The Ayurveda Technician Online Course aims to teach the main Ayurveda body therapies and therapeutic massages, as well as promoting small day Spa therapeutic programs. It allows participants to acquire essential knowledge and master the main Ayurvedic techniques and therapies, adapting them to real needs and contexts, ultimately training them as technicians.

They will have the necessary skills to monitor treatment plans, dietary plans, phytotherapy and hygienist practices according to the diagnosis of each patient.

The course consists of:

• 12 modules;
• Weekly and live classes with trainers from the Ayurveda Centre;
• Theoretical classes and guided practices;
• Exclusive material;
• Assessments and activities;
• Discussion forums.

General concepts, anatomy and physiology, simple diagnostic methods. We will address the Ayurvedic philosophy, the universe of the 5 elements and we will verify the importance of the Doshas and Sub-Doshas. We will also talk about srotas, dahtus, nadis, chakras and gunas.

We will approach the subject of herbalism or herbal medicine, preparing medicines that work according to the body’s defenses and the rhythms of Nature.

Module dedicated to massage integrated into Ayurveda – an ancient and holistic body art from India that gave rise to so many other official and alternative medicines.

This practice, developed by Kalaripayattu martial artists, mixes art and dance, in which the therapist uses the feet to apply fluid massage sequences all over the body.

In this module we will approach Indian Head Massage therapy in a practical and theoretical way, its benefits and main techniques and sequences, such as the Neendra Meta style, Shiro-abhyanga and Champissage, among others.

Theoretical and practical introduction to crystal therapy, teaching how to clean, program and apply crystals. Integration with other therapies such as pranic healing, reiki, aromatherapy, color therapy, music therapy, among others.

Integrated in this module are Neerabhyanga techniques, learning to personalize treatments after analyzing the person’s biotype.

This module focuses on the study of the spine and its joints, back pain and treatments, referencing kadi vasti and greevavasti, which are the correct procedures, applications and specific benefits, complemented with a protocol of various herbal and massage treatments.

In this module we will learn a Thai body art that comprises a combination of acupressure and stretching, working all energy meridians, to treat specific problems.

The syllabus of this module includes various Ayurveda therapies used as maintenance, detoxification and rejuvenation techniques for healthy people, as well as for specific imbalances.

This module aims to provide different low-cost alternatives to simple and aesthetic shirodahra mechanisms, as well as training in different shirodahra/Shirah Seka techniques.

With this training you will learn several different Ayurvedic therapies that use heating techniques with pindas for different therapeutic purposes, as well as their manufacture.
