Yoga and Ayurveda have always aimed to be taught together. However, most yoga instructors have lost this connection. Teaching yoga is challenging without a basic knowledge of Ayurveda. This training will give you the confidence to teach private and group classes that your students will love, know how to recommend the best meditation and pranayama practice for each student and give them lifestyle recommendations that are truly transformational.
Immersing in this ancient medicine will, compassionately, provide the right class for every season and even for every hour of the day and stage of the students’ lives. He will also help design personalised classes to help heal imbalances. Although Ayurveda is a rich and complex topic that can take a few lifetimes to master, its principles can be mastered in a few hours.

Despite being aimed at Yoga teachers and instructors and/or any therapist and health professional, it is also open to anyone interested in the subject.
