In Ayurveda, maintaining a healthy state is an imperative. Not only the quality of life you lead, but also a feeling of long-lasting youthfulness and well-being depend on it.
Bringing together five traditional Ayurvedic therapies, we propose to work the body in general and, in particular, the five senses, which condition the way we perceive the world around us.
Among other therapies, this programme includes a massage which stimulates the marmas (vital therapeutic points) in a sequence designed to work on maintenance and rejuvenation. An oil medicated with aromatic herbs from the most suitable region is then held in specific locations in accordance with Vedic precepts. A herbal bath and therapies that stimulate sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch complete this 4h30 therapeutic programme, in an experience that will prove surprising.
NOTE: All programs include specific asanas (yoga positions), work on specific marmas (vital points), ingestion of tinctures, sunwater, teas and also dietary monitoring. We suggest that clients follow our protocol of anamnesis so that the most adequate program can be indicated to them and they can be given a folder with personalised information to the needs of their bio-type.
